Service Agreements between the Department of Communities and funded organisations outline contractual information related to amount of funding, length of the funding term, type of services funded and number of people with disability that will benefit from the services funded.

In this section, service providers will find information about contractual reporting requirements relating to Disability Services funded by the Department of Communities to assists in the planning, reporting, and reconciliation of outputs and outcomes to ensure effective services are purchased within an environment of finite resources.
