If you live in a WA National Disability Insurance Scheme (WA NDIS) trial site and are currently receiving disability supports and services through the Disability Services Commission, you can contact your Local Coordinator.
If you believe you may meet the WA NDIS eligibility criteria but are not currently connected with the Disability Services Commission, please contact your local office using the 'Your local support' search function on the right hand side of this page.
How do I get started?
Your first point of contact will be with a Local Coordinator who will guide you through your WA NDIS journey.
Your Local Coordinator will need to confirm your eligibility before starting your planning process. This will involve a detailed assessment of the eligibility criteria and you may need to provide some additional paperwork for this.
When your eligibility is confirmed your Local Coordinator will commence the planning process with you. The planning process may include family members, carers and other people who are important to you.
For further information about individualised planning and the role of Local Coordinators in the WA NDIS please refer to the What is the WA NDIS? section of the website.
