Reviews and appeals

People with disability, their families and carers have the right to request a review of key decisions made by Local Coordinators.

If the person is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review process they have the right to request an appeal. For more information refer to the Reviewing and Appealing Decisions fact sheet (below).
