Policies and business rules

In light of the state government procurement reforms, the Commission is reviewing the way in which it funds disability services. These reforms will lead to a stronger focus on achieving positive outcomes for people with disability, their families and carers though individualised, person-centred supports and services.

The reforms are likely to result in changes to a number of key Commission policies.
