To make a complaint about a service provided by the Commission, please use one of the following methods:

  • Call our Consumer Liaison Officer on 9426 9244.
  • Complete an electronic form.
  • Download the Consumer complaint/concern form (located in Related documents), complete and post to:

Complaints resources  

The Commission has several resources for Commission consumers, their families and/or advocates.

The booklet titled 'How to have your say' provides information on all the possible avenues for registering a complaint about any of the services provided to people with disabilities. It also provides a list of advocacy services.
