For complaints or compliments about a service provided by the Department of Communities, please contact us by using one of the following methods:

  • Complete an electronic form

Complaints resources  

The Department of Communities has several resources for Disability Services' consumers, their families and/or advocates.

The booklet titled 'How to have your say' provides information on all the possible avenues for registering a complaint about any of the services provided to people with disabilities. It also provides a list of advocacy services.
